System Requirements for Proform Professional

Following are the hardware and software requirements for Proform Professional

Hardware
Processor — A minimum of a 600-MHz processor is required and a 1-GHz processor is recommended.
RAM — A minimum of 1 MB of RAM is required and 2 MB of RAM is recommended.
Disk Space — A minimum of 1 GB of free disk space is required.

Software
Proform Professional will run on the following Operating Systems
Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows XP, older versions and Mac running windows

Installation
Installation of the software is straight-forward but if you have problems we can install the software for you using secure LogMeIn Rescue Software.
